Northway Watches partners with several watch designers and artisans based in the US, Europe, and Asia to bring their quality timepieces directly to your doorstep. We don't rebrand their products to create a price premium, instead we pass these savings onto our customers to ensure our products are always competitively priced, and available to many.

We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is successfully submitted, it is processed the following business day. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information, along with an estimated delivery date. Please note that the tracking code will be available 3-4 days after the order has been processed. *No tracking code will be available for free watches*

Because we ship our products directly from our fulfillment center based in Asia please allow up to 7-14 business days for domestic shipping (USA and Canada) to arrive and up to 10-15 business days if the order is international.

While we always strive to have our orders delivered on time, we acknowledge that the unforeseeable is inevitable. External factors outside of Northway watches and its courier’s control, such as extreme weather conditions and technical failures, are bound to occasionally cause delays, and we ask for your patience and understanding when they do. Additionally, please note that during promotional campaigns and holidays, delivery times may be longer than usual.
