Returns

- Northway Watches offer a 30-day uncontitional money back guarantee.

- Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

- If you don't have a positive experience with our products for any reasons, we will do whatever it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Don't like something you bought? Did you receive a defective item? Tell us about it, and we will issue a full refund - no questions asked.

- If 30 days have gone by since your products have been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or box. Please also retain the original delivery packaging, i.e padded envelope or box with address label still attached. Please note this must be provided for us to issue a refund in any circumstances.

- Northway Watches does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Return Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless being returned due to damages or malfunction.

- Please email social@northwaywatches.com or use the contact form to initiate the return or exchange process and specify your name, address, and order number. Our customer service team will advise you of the next steps and will be happy to answer any questions.

 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
