Due to the small value amounts entered in the packages,
it is not often that our customers receive duty/extra charges upon import. Whit
that said, every country reserves the right to charge tax or duties on any
import, which is entirely out of our control. Northway watches cannot control

Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your products have been delivered, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or box.
